A brand new state-of-the-art Fradley based residential home that offers over 90 ensuite bedrooms across a number of households is actively recruiting for a Senior Support Worker.

You will have the opportunity to gain a contract based on 28 hours a week or 35 hours a week. **Hourly pay rate £10.70 - NVQ Level 3 and previous care experience are essential**

**The role as a Senior Support Worker in this luxurious property is to;**
- Support the residents who are over 55 in their individual care needs to ensure that people live as independently as possible. The community within welcomes individuals, couples and even their pets
- Leading a team of support worker / care assistants managing staff rota and auditing medication along with all other aspects of support work.
- Assisting with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, bathing, administering medication and preparing meals
- You will be a natural care giver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
- Due to the nature of this role no one day is the same, you will have daily tasks and duties however flexibility and the ability to time manage is key

**We are keen to speak with Senior Support workers with the following attributes;**
- Experience in care positions is advantageous but not essential as full induction training will be given, caring for a family member is experience
- Approachability: a willingness to help others, requiring patience, kindness and good communication
- Customer-centred: they are your day-to-day focus, support them to express themselves and help with decision making
- Co-operation: work together with your colleagues, customers and families
- Open and honest, respectful and celebrate diversity, connect with colleagues and residents to celebrate uniqueness
