**Administration Analyst - Leading Reinsurance Company**

**Salary : £30k-£42k**

**Location: Bishopsgate (Hybrid Role)**

Are you an experienced or passionate Administration Analyst looking to expand your knowledge of the reinsurance sector?

Our clients are a global reinsurance company, looking for someone from a pensions, life insurance or reinsurance background to join their team. They need someone with administration experience, who has strong experience using MS Excel and Access.

You will be joining an experienced team helping ensure the company's administration standards and time service requirements are applied to. Working closely with team members to ensure data is processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet the goals set.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the administration of all UK business adheres to companies treaties
- Provide administration data for input to accounting records, valuation systems and regulatory returns for your specific clients
- Ensure administration data is provided to retrocession clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Attend Client Audits/Assurance Reviews as and when required
- Ensure administration processes and procedures are fully documented
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with clients
- Provide support on relevant Administration audits

**Key Requirements**
- MS Excel and Access Experience
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage targets to ensure deadlines are met
- Able to think outside the box and problem solve
- Work well within a team but able to use own initiative when required
- Great communication and coordination skills (verbal/written)
