The Role
As Training Support Manager you will work with Senior Management such as the CEO, Managing Director and Operations Manager to help achieve our training, organisational and support goals. You will also oversee a support team of Training Co-Ordinators, Training Support Workers and other staff. This will include supporting staff to make personal improvement plans and recommendations for clients. Also look at potential improvements to the program and general staff management duties such as absence management. Detailed list of duties and responsibilities are detailed in Main Duties section. A primary part of the role will be to champion our company wide mantra that positive thinking can bring positive change and that people also need to be willing to receive the support we provide, so that resources are best allocated to those in need.

This role will involve an exciting mix of the following responsibilities;
- Use analytical tools and strategies like goal conversion rates and A/B testing strategies to improve our conversion rate on all digital platforms
- Manage web content produced by colleagues, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and adheres to the tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Target specific audiences with engaging copy and designs to improve conversion rates
- Work with design colleagues to create engaging graphics and imagery for multi-channel campaigns
- Manage social media audiences, engaging with and building the audience
- Liaise with external partners to ensure that objectives/deadlines are being achieved
- Regularly review all content and digital platforms’ performance and recommend areas for improvement and growth.
- Leading on PR for the project including developing press opportunities, press releases and engaging members of the press on a regular basis
- Creating effective systems for the team to collect and share positive stories and experiences from our community members
In addition, this role will involve:
- Supporting the team in the running of events for our volunteers, VIPs and wider community
- Ensuring, where relevant to your role, that funding related outcomes and/or targets for the project are met or exceeded
- Collaborating on potential project development and implementing pilots to test for change
- Being flexible and carrying out other associated duties as may arise, develop or be assigned in line with the remit of the post

- Experience working within a marketing/digital marketing position
- Great at writing impactful content and knowing audiences
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
- Excellent copywriting skills

- Highly driven and focused on taking ownership of the delivery of targets
