Paid Media Marketing Executive

We’re looking to add a Paid Media Marketing Executive to our Marketing Team, who can support our clients’ growth plans by delivering strategic paid media and marketing campaigns which deliver serious ROI.

**Who are you**?

Someone who can blend marketing brilliance with paid ads experience. You’ll have at least two years marketing experience, and know your stuff when it comes to generating ROI through paid media campaigns.

Working across our varied client portfolio, you’ll manage the set-up and management of paid ads across Google and social media, as well as be the go-to marketing executive for your clients. That means helping to develop marketing strategies, and executing them across design, copy, campaigns, content creation, and paid ads - it’s a varied role, which makes it fun and gives you a lot of scope to use your broad range of skills.

Agency life is all about the juggle, and you’ll need serious drive to show up every day delivering on-brand content, effective paid media, and hands-on marketing support for our clients.

But you won’t do it alone. We’re a close team and we are built to collaborate, share the good with the bad, and understand each other’s pain and passions. You’ll be winning in this role if you have the drive to always deliver the very best, share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues, and be an excellent team player.

We’re pretty flexible but we also like working closely together; if a fully remote role is your preference, this isn’t the right job for you (it’s a hybrid role, and we like to be upfront about this).

**Your skills**

With at least 2 years’ experience in marketing (preferable with some agency experience in there) and Google and social media ads, plus a knack for building brilliant relationships with your clients, you’ll be proactive, creative, and happy to be out and about chatting with clients about their marketing.

We have clients across a wide range of sectors including trade and construction, retail and hospitality, sports, automotive, and IT, so if you can demonstrate your experience across a range of industries, so much the better
- You’re simply brilliant at building client relationships
- You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience in general marketing
- You can independently set up and manage paid media campaigns
- You’ve got a flair for copywriting to engage audiences
- You can design eye-catching, creative content
- You’re super organised and know how to prioritise your workload

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all marketing needs for a range of clients
- Deliver their marketing content from concept to design to copy
- Create, deliver, manage, and report on paid media strategies for clients
- Ensure that clients are achieving maximum ROI for their marketing spend
- Create compelling copy and graphics for ad campaigns
- Continuously optimise ads for best results
- Be hot on analytics, reporting, and continuous improvements

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
