To react to the increase in demand for our services we are now expanding our Delegate Sales division and are looking for ambitious professionals who have various transferable skills to join our team.

**Overall objectives of the role**
Your secondary duties as a Recruiter will include full desk recruitment activities to support growth at Proventa International.
- Identify and fill new job opportunities
- Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including interview, feedback, decision making, negotiations, and offer process
- Stay abreast of relevant news in the biotech, tech, and startup space
- Utilize, update and maintain Talent Acquisition tools and systems (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor)
- Recruit Talents in a fast-paced environment
- Manage a requisition workload of ca. 25 active positions
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date
- Act as a consultative partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and recommended salaries for hiring process.
**Key skills and experience**:
- Minimum 4+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in life sciences industry (Biology, pharma or science-related field)
- Bachelor Degree
- Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships
- Passion/interest and understanding of science and technology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Good written and verbal communication skills
**Remuneration**:
- Dependent on experience
