You will manage the entire recruitment process from business development to candidate placement, building relationships with both clients and candidates. You will:Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within the Dutch-speaking Life Sciences market.Source and headhunt top talent, matching candidates with the right roles across the Benelux region.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviews, negotiations, and post-placement support.Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner in their growth.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact Optimus Search’s success in the Benelux Life Sciences sector.The Ideal Candidate:No prior recruitment experience is necessary.
