**The role**:
We have an exciting new opening for a **Data Integrations Analyst** - you will play a key role in delivering high quality data integrations. You will work alongside the Senior Implementation and Technology Consultant to build, develop new integrationsolutions, and maintain existing integrations.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Onboard new customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Efficiently implement and maintain customer database extractions.
- Complete tasks/tickets/requests accurately and within a timely manner to fulfil customer needs.
- Quickly and clearly investigate data anomalies leading to root cause analysis of given scenarios.
- Innovate, create, and identify solutions that benefit all involved.
- Collaboration with wider teams to ensure best practice and solutions are fit for purpose.
- Assist teams like presales and technical support teams with data related questions.
- Telephone calls with customers and colleagues.
- Degree or equivalent qualification, or equivalent amount of industry experience in a similar role.
- MS SQL Server.
- Implementing, supporting, or maintaining SaaS customers.
- Good ETL knowledge of different accounting systems: like Sage, Dynamics, Epicor.
- Excellent relational database knowledge including; data accuracy, data housekeeping, data mapping, data verification, build documentation.
- You will be resourceful and resilient, able to cope well under pressure.
- A self-starter with good planning, scheduling, and organisation skills.
- You will be collaborative in your working style.
- A customer focused approach.
