Trinity House Group is looking to recruit a talented Data Analyst to join a successful and well-known FTSE 250 listed, retail business, a household brand that has maintained strong and consistent performance. Working closely with a talented team in the areaof Pricing & Promotions and supporting multiple commercially driven stakeholders within the business you will create robust reports and additional commentary that drive key business decisions and optimise financial performance.

Examples of core responsibilities:

- Develop a sound understanding of the operations within your business area, delivering on key reporting requirements, and highlighting opportunities for new reporting tools and processes that drive high efficiencies and optimise financial and business performance
- Produce detailed reports and analysis, driving insight from the data for presentation and discussion with your stakeholders.
- Support regional finance and non-finance stakeholders in fully understanding business performance against KPIs and organisational goals
- Ownership of promotional sales and discount reporting, including development of new and existing reports, analysis of performance, variance investigation and proposal of recommendations.
- Provision of high quality analysis of promotional offers and initiatives.
- Support review of different types of discounting and implementation of governance.
- Support post-investment reviews of promotional campaigns
- Develop self-serve tools to aid review of financial viability of different types of promotions.

**Requirements**:
**You will be / have**:

- Strong experience in a similar Data Analyst role, within a large scale, commercially driven business
- Operational / Commercial exposure with a good understanding of stakeholder management
- The ability to challenge and influence and demonstrate wider business understanding
- A highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills
- Experienced in working within very large scale, commercial businesses with demonstrable experience of working with large of amounts of data from various sources
- Embrace change and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about developing and seeking out opportunities to develop your skills
- Prior experience of working with and analysing sales and marketing activity will be highly advantageous
