We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Lead Analyst to join growing fleet business in Birmingham. As the Data Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring all necessary data is within the Qlik systems to allow for slick and accurate customer reporting,team measurement reporting, and team tool development to automate most data tasks.

**Key responsibilities of Data Lead Analyst**
- Design reporting and tools within Qlik that enhance internal and customer reporting and allow key contacts to self service quality data
- Understand and plan for delivery of reporting via the Qlik platform to enable data to be as close to ‘live’ as is practical
- Examine SLA, Savings Targets and Operational Levers.
- Escalate concerns on data sources to the Architecture Team for review and discussion
- Be the reporting owner. Challenge appropriate owners to provide quality data
- Manage the reporting and data administrators to ensure data validation is in place
- Provide access to analysis with all reporting designed to highlight value the business is adding
- Provide trend analysis to Teams to allow upsells or improvement of service
- Escalate areas of ongoing concern over team performance to the Account Management Teams where the data supports this
- Ensure all reporting methods and processes are documented and replicable by the wider reporting team
- Work with 3rd party supplier data sources to enable these to be improved if required
- Be comfortable to work with multiple data sources and owners. There is a mixture of internal, external suppliers so good tech skills and relationship management is an essential task

**Requirements**:

- Have the skills to methodically manage data
- Excellent Qlik and report writing skills
- Be able to analyse and trend data sources
- Be able to create ad-hoc excel reports to support analysis
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be able to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and targets
- Be self-motivated and requiring little supervision once trained
- Ideally have previous line management experience
