The Opportunity

The Data Integrity and ECC team sits within Manufacturing MP&L. The purpose of the team is managing Solihull site inventory, Engineering Changes and Model Year change control. This role is leading our Data Integrity team to drive and support current processes and finding ways to improve on what we do with cross functional collaboration within MP&L and our LLP. This is a key role within a challenging environment, but it is an opportunity to use all the skills and experience that you have to drive change and work with other cross functional teams to continuously improve our processes and work with other stakeholders to find best practices across MP&L.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

- Supervising a team of PI Analysts and Counters
- To verify counts vs CMMS, book transactions accordingly and within cycle count time frame requirements.
- To create and maintain KPI Data for department.
- Ensure weekly sign off of stock loss with Finance and MP&L Manager
- Ensure FM guidelines are followed on over tolerance adjustments
- Reduce stock loss/pilferable stock loss YOY
- Drive CMMS plant metrics with other departments to be controlled and in tolerance
- Work with other MP&L departments and 3PL to drive stock accuracy and BCBA requirements
- Manage Bailment stock accuracy with Leadec and through CMMS
- Support MP&L projects for improvements and change.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

- Understanding of Inventory practices
- Be computer literate and proficient in all relevant business systems (CMMS)
- Communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing establishing good working relationships.
- Demonstrate drive with a customer focussed approach & good organisational skills & have the ability to multi-task; manage changing priorities whilst maintaining focus.

Desirable:

- Manage priorities, identify issues and solutions using own initiative, coupled with a desire to make a difference and achieve results.
- Ability to perform well under pressure with high levels of responsibility.
- High level of self-motivation & determination & the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ideally educated to degree level
