Rumbol Products have an exciting opportunity for you to join their team through a Digital Office Assistant role.
Founded in 1988 by the late Dr Norman Ritchie, Rumbol Products Ltd is a British manufacturing business based in Clydebank, Scotland, specialising in the production of cutting-edge bolus technology for ruminants.
Your role will be to support the business in its day-to-day operation through Financial Control Material Control and other general admin duties. While doing this, you will be working towards your SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support with QA, the UK's leading training provider.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Use of internal system called Core to raise purchase orders for customers
- Using All Microsoft packages, word and outlook to effectively manage customer enquiries
- Excel spreadsheets to update and maintain production schedule
- Act as first point of contact for the business, answering phones and receiving visitors to site.
- Process sales orders for customer orders via internal system
- Printing & issue of batch control sheets and all other related paperwork
- Meter reading of all gas / electricity / water meters in the group
- Creation of Company memos for General Manager

**Additional Information**:
- Salary £16,000 - £22,000 per annum
- 8:30am - 4:30pm
