**Job description**
TEAM Ltd is a sector leading, commercial building, glazing and roof maintenance specialist.

We’re currently searching for an **office administrator, **duties of the Office Administrator include, providing support to our senior managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs.
Ø Schedule appointments/meetings and take detailed minutes.
Ø Update and maintain office policies and procedures/accreditations.
Ø Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Ø Maintaining job database.
Ø Booking training courses and maintaining a training matrix for senior managers, employees.
Ø Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, car/van hire and making hotel reservations for senior management, employees.
Ø Provide general support to visitors, preparing refreshments/any catering requirements.
Ø Booking events/activities including involvement in any charity events.
Ø General ad hoc clerical support required from senior management.
**Skills and Experience**
Ø Prior administrative experience
Ø Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office
Ø Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
Ø Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ø Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

- Monday to Friday
