The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced **Reservations** **Agent
- Part Time **who will be responsible for handling all rooms’ reservations enquiries to the required standards, maintaining accurate and complete records of all reservations, and taking every opportunity to maximize revenue potential for the hotel. **The working hours will be 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday**.
**As Reservations Agent your key responsibilities include**:
- To be fully knowledgeable in the operation, functionality and standards required in using the OPERA reservations system.
- To adhere to the Minimum Rate/Minimum Stay Selling strategies, as implemented by the IDEAL Yield Management System, whilst always attempting to gain
- To input Reservations into the OPERA reservations systems, ensuring all details are accurate and complete in line with the agreed departmental standard.
- To make decisions on the acceptance or rejection of group bookings based on rate and availability in order to maximise hotel revenue.
**As Reservations Agent, the essential skills required**:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
- Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes
- Positive Attitude & team player

The Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor is ideally situated, close to historical Windsor and the prestigious Slough Trading Estate. The hotel offers 219 comfortable guest rooms, 24-hour concierge service, impeccable customer service and modern amenities, as well as an indoor swimming pool and sauna.
