Supporting the Reservations, M&E and Commercial team, you will:Handle daily incoming reservations, groups, and event enquiriesUpdate bookings, confirmations and rooming lists with accuracyCoordinate event details and ensure smooth handover to the operations teamAssist in managing group allocations and tracking pick‑upMaintain the M&E diary and support with meeting room set‑up informationHelp prepare weekly commercial and operations communicationBuild positive relationships with clients, agents and travel partnersSupport with system updates, data entry and Opera maintenanceArrange and host property show rounds when requiredWork closely with the Reservations, M&E Manager on rate loading, proposals and client follow‑upProactively spot upsell opportunities and support revenue growthQualificationsPassionate, motivated and guest‑focusedStrong organiser with good attention to detailComfortable multitasking in a lively, fast‑paced environmentConfident communicator with excellent telephone skillsOpera PMS knowledge (preferred, not essential)Previous hotel or customer service experienceBenefitsA fun, spirited workplace where individuality is celebratedGlobal career opportunities across 7,000+ hotelsA supportive and ambitious commercial team to learn fromOngoing training and developmentTravel discounts worldwideA chance to be part of a growing, innovative companyIf you're ready to grow your career and be part of something exciting, we'd love to hear from you Please apply with your CV, current salary, and notice period.
