**We are looking for**:
An experienced Project Manager with a track record of using recognised project management principles and practice ideally within a technology design and construction contracting environment. Ideally you will have experience within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector in building or MEP service delivery. You will have a technical background and be able to demonstrate some site experience.

You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects across a range of values. You will be a strong communicator with excellent people management skills. The ability to develop relationships, inspire and lead project teams to deliver objectives is a prerequisite. You will be required to attend Client site locations as necessary to support project and business needs.

**You ideally will be**:

- A graduate in a construction, technology or a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. chemical, electrical, civil, structural, mechanical) or you can demonstrate your experience and gained competence via other vocational routes.
- Ideally Chartered or working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body
- Commercially astute and have experience of preparing tenders for new business
- Able to demonstrate strong competence in project management
- Knowledgeable in health, safety, legal and quality processes, and procedures.

**Salary**: Up to £70,000 depending on experience
