**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotes/tenders and deal with customer enquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to support effective time management.
- Assist with clerical duties, including typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Organise and maintain office files, both digital and physical, to ensure efficient access to information.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to foster productivity and create a welcoming workspace.
- Cover other administrative duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite and a practical understanding of data entry.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
