**Key duties;**
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials and supplies, taking into factors such as lead times and price.
- Manage and maintain Supplier tracker to ensure all relevant documentation has been obtained.
- Generate, monitor & book in of POs.
- Take a proactive approach to maintaining existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers.
- Assist QC with handling parts/ stock.
- Booking jobs into DMS.
- Ensure contractor time sheets filled in daily.
- Issue PO / Timesheets to contractors.
- Make DIM reports sheets for job packs.
**Experience;**
- Previous administration experience required
- Previous experience working in procurement (preferred)
**Qualifications / Training;**
- Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel.
**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
