**People Business Partner**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading Telecoms company based in Reading, on a 6-month contract with the view the be extended beyond.

You will support and work closely with the Head of People in driving and executing change and transformation in your client group.

You will have solid foundations as an HR Generalist, working with senior stakeholders and possess solid experience in change and transformation projects.

**Duties include**:

- Contribute to the thinking and People strategy formulation to support the business
- Work with Senior Stakeholders on their organisation design
- Produce and use relevant MI to inform business decisions and strategy

**Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience as HR or Senior HR Business Partner, in large organisations.
- Ability to prioritise day-to-day focus, in a fast-paced environment, to suit senior members of HR and the needs of the business
- Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to function in a busy changing environment
- Demonstrated reporting and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to anticipate and hit deadlines related to client deliverables
- Strong change & transformation HR projects experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong and trusted relationships and networks.
- Confident and robust working attitude.
