Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a charitable organisation based in Berkshire. This is a key role to the business, with a focus of developing HR initiatives and processes, maintaining responsibility for recruitment, HR guidanceand employee relations, whilst delivering a high quality HR service to all. Responsibilities include:

- Working closely with the People Director and Senior HR Business Partner, developing HR initiatives and systems, effectively implementing and seeking/recommending improvements.
- Acting as a key member of the HR team, supporting and providing HR insight to all staff and managers. Providing comprehensive guidance on all HR matters and producing relevant HR advice.
- Advising and guiding relevant personnel on employee relations casework including investigation, disciplinary or grievance processes.
- Acting as point of HR contact on all HR processes, policies and procedures. Collaborating with wider HR team to ensure the organisation is fully compliant and up-to-date with relevant regulations and legislations.
- Partnering with Senior Managers to build the capability and capacity of staff.
- Contributing to development and delivery of L&D opportunities on a variety of HR topics.
- Analysing HR metrics and proactively manage key intervention points, assisting the shape and improvement of people management and employee journey.
- Maintaining knowledge of safeguarding and ensuring principles are considered and included in the work of the HR team.
**Requirements**:

- CIPD qualified HR Business Partner, with broad employee relations and HR advisory experience from a medium-sized organisation (any non-profit advantageous)
- Comprehensive understanding of U.K. employment law and practice
- Strong attention to detail with proven administrative experience
- Confident user of MS Office and HR databases
- Enthusiastic and hard-working with a resilient and flexible nature
