**Job Overview**

As a Reception FM Assistant based in a Corporate office building in Spinningfields, Manchester you will be Front of the House and the first person a visitor meets or speaks to on arrival. Your primary role will be to make an excellent first impression by demonstrating a high level of customer care, professionalism and engagement as well as vetting the guests who enter and managing according to the building procedure. You will be responsible for creating a positive experience for each visitor as well as being that important first point of contact as they enter the building.

**Working days**: Monday to Friday

**Shift Times**: From 0800 until 1800

Permanent contract of 50 hours Per week

**Main Duties**
- Opening and closing reception
- Management of Sky Visitor system and bookings
- Creating and Managing an online tenant compliance filing system
- Production and distribution of Monthly tenant newsletters
- Managing the events calendar
- Property condition reporting
- Assisting with the review of contractor RAMs and permits
- Management of 3 Hardman Square Brand guidelines
- Reviewing Paperwork for Elogbooks
- Covering holidays for the Facilities Manager
- Other AdHoc administration tasks at the request of the FM
- Announce visitors as appropriate in line with the team agreement.
- Assist visitors and occupiers with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Proactively offer additional assistance as and when required.
- Liaise with building cleaners, security, engineers and facilities when required.
- Adhere to the site's safety and security procedures and regulations as set out by management.
- Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Report any maintenance issues in the reception and common areas to the Facilities Helpdesk and follow up accordingly
- Deal with any questions or queries and escalate where appropriate.
