**About this role**
Key Responsibilities
The key duties for the role are:
- Assist with debt referrals
- Provide support and training to site staff and acting as their first point of contact
- Answering internal and external phone calls
- Support with tenant administration
- Being responsible for any cancellations/room amendments
- Dealing with enquiries for schemes using the CRM system
- Signing and executing of tenancy agreements
- Keeping internal booking system up to date and accurate
- Administering and managing the payment plan process
- Assisting with the council tax exemptions for all developments
- Managing Social Media Enquiries related to operational issues from existing customers and leads and enquiries into bookings
- Managing external enquiries and leads into the central enquiry inbox this includes leads from some third party agents, general enquiries from customers and prospective customers
- Helping other departments if necessary
- Ad hoc tasks
Please note that due to the nature of the business and this specific role there are a large number of ad-hoc tasks which occur throughout the year - the JD is not exhaustive.
The nature of the role means that you may be required to work outside of your hours (move in weekends, summer etc). Travel may be required.
**Person Profile**
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in an operations or customer services team
Skills/Ability/Knowledge:
- Information technology skills - Word/Excel/Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with tenants and clients
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to, and sometime implement own processes
- Good copywriting and customer service skills
- Strong team player, evidencing an ability to establish positive working relationships
- Proactive approach, quick to learn and able to manage own workload
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to cope in times of pressure
- Use of word/excel and outlook
