**Job Title**: Retention Marketing Executive

**Location**: Sutton House, Berry Hill Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 2NL

Working within the E-commerce team dedicated to operations of the various branded websites, the Retention Marketing Executive will design and implement initiatives and campaigns that retain consumers delivering on core KPI’s with an emphasis on Consumer Lifetime Value and Consumer Engagement

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Design consumer lifecycle strategies to support the delivery of the business KPI’s
- Set up and manage a new loyalty points scheme across each website designed to increase market share and £CLV
- Increase average basket spend through testing and optimizing upsell & cross sell opportunities
- Design requirements and work with the communications team to create engaging campaign content to support to all initiatives
- Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximise customer revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross sell and increased product penetration
- Monitor and report on the performance of these campaigns against agreed KPI’s
- Keep schedule/work progress updated to allow for visibility on job process
- Work within the CMS web platform and company preferred E-CRM/ E-Mail platform
- Use data analytics to help formulate activities focusing on KPI’s
- Work with external design agencies where required
- Manage and engage with internal “clients” in the delivery of retention solutions

**Skills and Desirables**
- Familiarity with either Dot Digital or Klayvio desirable
- Familiarity with GA4, analyzing data and generating usable insights
- Work as part of the E-Commerce team working alongside other team members across Consumer Acquisitions, Content Creation and Trading
- Work alongside the wider Marketing Team aligning multi-channel activity throughout the consumer purchase journey including social media and influencer marketers
