We currently have a great opening for a Head of Data and Performance to join our successful in-house IT team on a permanent basis to lead the implementation of and work with IT leadership in the use of the technologies and processes that govern and enable management of data reporting and data quality.

Do you have experience and knowledge of identifying and remedying risks to data that could impact strategic planning, policy and decision making?

As the Head of Data and Performance you will lead the delivery of robust and insightful information reporting systems for group wide assurance and performance monitoring that enables the Executive team and Board to make informed strategic decisions.

**We are looking for someone with Experience in the following**:

- Experience of working with Executive leadership team and board members to ensure that they have insightful data to support policy design, development and decision making
- Developing detailed business requirements and translating these into workable and implementable technology solutions
- Knowledge of future possibilities for technology usage and capability in a customer focused business and driving change for successful outcomes
- Experience of designing and developing scorecards, ensuring appropriate analysis and interrogation of data to provide and highlight the interdependency relationship of data group wide to allow for informed decision making at senior level
- Extensive interaction with business leadership management teams, at a CxO level within a similar environment
- Proven management responsibility and delegation techniques of teams across data and technical functions
- Demonstrable experience in influencing people, decisions and direction of travel within IT and the business
- Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Demonstrable experience of using the latest methodologies and best practices to continually review processes and practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the Group
- Working with end users to continuously improve analysis and reporting services and leverage additional benefits over the life of a system

**Qualification requirements**:

- Degree level education with appropriate professional qualifications / experience in Data Management or equivalent relevant experience
- Evidence of continuous professional development
