As a Finance Co-Ordinator, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in providing key information to support with monthly reporting and year end accounts. Your duties will include; Bank reconciliations and maintenance of cashbooks Review of cash expenditure from each home ensuring receipts behind each transaction Monthly management accounts to include journals, allocation of overheads, production of draft statements and download Sage into reporting software Cover payroll for Payroll Co-Ordinator, including processing of monthly salaries and interaction with Residential Managers, Rotacloud, People HR, Live Pay and HR. Cover credit control for Credit Control Co-Ordinator, including chasing cash and raising sales invoices Assist Financial Controller with year end and budgets Nominal Ledger - reconciliation of balance sheets accounts including fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, sales ledger control account, purchase ledger control account, payroll control accounts and hire purchase/mortgage accounts. Purchase Ledger - ensuring purchase invoices are properly processed with regard to matching with purchase orders, payments made to terms and remittances advices to suppliers To maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with the agreed policy To comply with Care in Mind's equal opportunities policy
