**About Us**
Ocado is a technology-led, global software and robotics platform providing a unique end-to-end solution for customers on a global scale.

As part of growing the Ocado business, we have recently announced a new mission to sell our unique ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) product to organisations operating outside of grocery e-commerce across the globe.

The MHE and software is highly advanced and previously only available to grocers.

**About the role**
As the technical expert, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider business to support the sales and implementation of our products for clients worldwide.

You will accompany the Sales team on Client site visits providing software integration consulting services, understanding business processes and analysing business requirements in order to shape the offering to the Client.

**About you**

You will have the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Automated Warehouse environments, with excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills.

It would also be great (but not essential) if you came from a software development background and have strong commercial awareness
