**Sales Director - Job Overview**

As a sales director you will be responsible for all sales related issues. This includes not only leading your team according to agreed KPI’s, but also to generate revenue according to forecast and growth plans. You are also in charge of the communication of results and connected measures.

**The Role**

Is for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Director to join the company and help its growth.

**1. Job description**

.You will be responsible for building your team of Sales Executives, BDMs and Head of Sales.

.You will oversee training and management programmes for the sales team.
- You will implement educational programmes to teach sales Executives about Company products and services decide the best-selling points to present to potential customers.

.You will frequently interact with the managers of related departments, as well as the Managing Director.

**2. Qualification**

.An excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

.At least five years experience in similar

.Appropriately educated, must be fluent in English language.

.Must has excellent sales and negotiation skills

.Good business sense, be enthusiastic in nature with the ability to motivate and lead a team..You will also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

.Good planning and organisational skills, IT knowledge, budget and report writing skills are also requirements.

**3. Experience and Qualities**
- Proven record in generating sales lead
- Negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationships with excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in a similar senior sales role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding persuasion and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
- Management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects and achieve sales quotas.
- Knowledge of competitor research and market trend analysis.
- Ability to show customers and other client stakeholders the company’s value proposition.

.The ability to work calmly under pressure

.Good IT and budgeting skills

**4) Responsibilities**
- To leads and motivates sales teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop strategy, tactics, and sales plans and execute to achieve sales targets.
- Develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
- Design programmes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate the organisation’s values and processes through proposals and presentations.
- Monitor supply and demand, competitor offers and costs to determine and adjust selling prices.

.Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets

.Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs or networking events

.Maximise new business opportunities including business development opportunities

.Oversee and support the sales team which is projected to increase.
