**The role: Sales Director**

**Location: Leeds - LS10 1JR - Hybrid 3-4 days in the office**

**Contract - Permanent - Full-time 37.5 hours per week**

As a Sales Director in the QA Mass Markets team, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships.You will lead a multi-territory and high-performing sales teams, develop and execute overall sales strategies, and contribute to key commercial projects.This role requires a combination of visionary leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on collaboration to inspire the team and deliver measurable results.You will be a compassionate and dynamic leader dedicated to fostering the growth and development of team members while driving a collaborative and supportive work environment.**Role Responsibilities**:

- Leading a large commercial team (15 HC+) across multiple territories and/or service lines to deliver annual objectives and targets £15m+ for single service lines
- Identifying emerging market opportunities, competitive risk and customer strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Building strong relationships with key clients and/or influencing client terms’ learning culture to maximise buying decisions and outcomes
- Proactive contribution to high value client/prospect bid activity
- Leading on key strategic projects that influence the sales approach and outcomes across QA

**Your Experience/Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in high-volume customer segments
- Experience working in the technology/software industry would be beneficial but not essential.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive value adding propositions
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams
