Opportunity overview:
It’s a great time to join Landsec and the marketing team. This role will see you play a critical role in helping to launch four new Myo locations, while enhancing the customer experience in our two existing locations. You’ll be supported in your professionaldevelopment as you influence and engage with a range of audiences including colleagues, Myo members, communities, agencies and partners.

Role Objective:
You will implement a wide range of marketing and communications tactics to acquire and retain customers for Myo - Landsec’s flexible office product - and Customised floors in relevant developments. The role’s activity is weighted towards the Myo brand, andthere is a focus on building brand awareness, amplifying brand values, and using performance marketing to increase leads and conversions. You will act as a brand ambassador for Myo and support the delivery of the product strategy. Concurrently, you will helpdevelop the Customised product, while supporting stakeholders with marketing collateral to help lease the spaces

Key Responsibilities:

- You are required to establish relationships with our many internal and external stakeholders: reporting to the Myo Marketing Manager, and part of both the Offices marketing team and the Myo team
- Management of Myo location operational budgets with support from the team coordinator
- Support in the delivery of Myo and Customised’s marketing strategy, including digital, PR, events, and general marketing collateral; to support with lead generation and conversion of prospective customers; as well as customer retention
- Create and curate content for digital assets including website, members’ portal, leasing apps, digital signage, and customer experience apps
- Develop and manage relationships with external agencies; write effective creative briefs to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns through social, PPC and display
- Collaborate with corporate communications team (internal and external) to identify opportunities to feed into the overarching Offices campaigns, giving Myo a share of voice and improved recognition
- Work alongside Data & Insight Manager to carry out customer interviews, gain insights, collate and present results
- Create and publish planned and reactive social media activity
- Monitor and engage with social community
- Manage the process of delivering projects from inception to completion where relevant

Requirements / Qualification:

- Two years of b2b property, venue or hospitality marketing experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience working with creative agencies
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, website CMS
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Analytical skills and interpreting data
- Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions
- Excellent team player with strong ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Good working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Company Pages, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign
- Ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders of differing levels
