**What you’ll be doing**:

- You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Personal care will be required.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Support throughout the night is required from time to time, this will involve routine checks, being a support if someone wakes up unsettled and completing various other tasks within the service.
- Working within a residential setting with adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.

**Who you are**:

- We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference to their everyday lives.
- Flexible, as shift patterns are 12-13 hours per shift, start times vary from 6.45am - 9am, with finish times from 6.45pm - 9pm, this can alter depending on the service requirements.
- You may be required to pick up some waking night shifts, depending on the needs of the service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
- **Driver preferred**
