**2nd Line Support Engineer | Hybrid | **Full Time 8 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday with one hour lunch break **| £28,000-£33,000 per annum depending on experience**
Our client delivers secure, cost-effective end to end technology solutions that align with their customer’s business objectives. Their range of cloud services enables their customers to communicate more effectively while reducing costs.
This is a varied role, and you will gain exposure to a wide range of systems. The applicant will be looking to build on their existing skillset and experience towards a 3rd line role.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- IT related qualification
- Previous MSP experience an advantage
- UK National, with a full clean driving license and own transport
- A team player who performs well under pressure and works collaboratively across the business to ensure targets are met.
- You recognise the significance of owning customer issues through to resolution and share our passion to deliver a first-class customer experience. You must be a competent trouble-shooter and able to solve complicated issues on your own or as part of a team.
- You have a positive outlook and an outgoing nature with the willingness and drive to learn and develop your skills in a progressive environment.
**A Good Working Knowledge Of**
- Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Microsoft desktop and server products
- Backup and recovery solutions, such as Datto and Microsoft Azure
- OneDrive, Egnyte or similar
- Cybersecurity solutions such as Webroot, Mimecast and Barracuda
- IP networking and connectivity
- Firewall management
- RMM and PSA monitoring and management tools
**What will your role as a 2nd Line Support Engineer look like?**
- Provide remote and telephone support with some onsite support
- Provisioning and supporting desktops and networks built around Microsoft technologies
- Escalation point for the 1st line helpdesk team
- Provisioning and supporting wired and wireless infrastructure
- Provisioning and supporting Microsoft 365/Azure including Intune and Autopilot and MFA
- Provisioning and supporting file sharing apps
- Managing backup systems and technology
- Installing and managing SSL certificates
- Daily system checks
- Occasional onsite support and installations
