**Marketing Manager**

**West Wales or home based**

This fast-growing industrial technology business is growing fast and is a UK leader in its sector. Their success is due to a focus on customers and continual investment in their staff and the business. Their workforce has low staff turnover levels due tothe positive culture and career opportunities generated by continuous growth and success.

The role will involve managing a multi-skilled team, creating an ambitious omni-channel strategy, and leading its implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the senior leadership team to create an omni-channel marketing strategy to enable the overall business to achieve its aims.
- Lead a multi skilled team including marketeers, web design, writers, and paid search.
- Budget management.
- Selection and management of external service providers.
- Be the final editor of content and ensure the quality of all externally focussed messaging.
- Measure activity and ensure the maximum return on spend.
- Detailed reporting to the leadership team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experienced marketeer with strong experience of B2B but some knowledge of B2C beneficial.
- Good people manager with the ability to lead, coach and inspire.
- Hands-on skills around marketing-tech particularly Google products.
- Good practical understanding of creating and executing an omni-channel marketing plan.
- A good understanding of marketing theory would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Very strong written, verbal, and numeric communication skills.
