**About the role**:
- Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to make a real impact and ensure key messages are shared across multiple channels
- Manage and develop our clients internal and external communications strategy, including social media, website, intranet, newsletters, blogs, events etc.
- Lead, manage and develop a range of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Be a key contact to colleagues for providing expert advice and guidance on all communications matters
- Lead on arranging and delivering range of internal and external events with stakeholder input
- Capture successes and metrics from across the organisation and translate them into compelling stories and case studies
- Use employee feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives to improve communications
- Support the development of a strong corporate brand
**About You** They want you to thrive when you join our client and so it is essential that you have the following:
- Strong academic record - degree level is preferable in a relevant field
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- In depth experience of digital communications platforms and tools
- Experience of developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies
- Evidence of the ability to maintain a focus on building and nurturing collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure with good humour
- Creative, innovative and good at storytelling
- Proven ability to project manage from start to finish
- Strong audience led communications experience
It would also be great, but not essential, if you had these:
- CIM, CIPR or a similar marketing qualification
**What you’ll receive** As well as a starting salary of £43,532 and a competitive benefits package outlined below, you will have commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, supported with professional subscriptions.
