The Position Reporting into the Cost Control Manager and working closely with the Finance team, the Food & Beverage Cost Controller role will include: - Supporting weekly reconciliation across all sites. - Assisting with GP reporting for all FnB outlets - Preparation of bespoke financial/sales reports. - Daily sales feed check. - Preparation of recipes and PLU fixes for the group. - Ensuring stock takes are completed on time and stock locks are requested by General Managers. - Adhoc administrative tasks - Playing a key role in the reporting of GP's for all sites with reporting of variances to budget. - Supporting sites in processes leading to correct and timely reporting. - Previous experience as an F&B Cost Controller within a sizable restaurant group. - Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and cost of sales. - Knowledge of financial processes. - Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets. - Analytical, creative thinker with ability to perform administrative tasks. - Data driven approach, self-motivated problem solver. - Willingness to pick up any level of work and implement process improvement. - Great communication skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
