Trusted Hands Care Group is looking for carers at their care home based in Shelton, Stoke. Working on a rota basis 3 x 14 hour shifts commencing at 7 am to 9 pm.

We are looking for full time support workers who are dedicated and that can provide personalised care and support for individuals with a diagnosis of a learning/physical disabilities Autism, and complex needs. Duties will involve personal care, social and emotional support, support with communication physical and medical needs.

To be suitable for the above role you will require to be
- Passionate in delivering an excellent quality of care.
- Motivation to ensure that independence is promoted and encouraged at all times.
- Promote and maintain equality and diversity.

Experience preferred but not essential.

**Salary**: £9.65 per hour
