**TELESALE & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE**

**We are a small company with a small team, therefore, in addition to your key role listed below, we are looking for someone who will be happy to “occasionally” help in other part of the business such as Production room, dealing with goods inward, picking or packing department, loading bayOf course, full training given prior to start working in a new department.**

**The company normally works Monday to Thursday only (so you can enjoy long week end), hours may vary, but between approx. 7am to 4.30pm but due to the nature of our business you may need you to work more flexible hours during peak times such as Christmas & Easter**

**TELESALE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Answer incoming calls and deal with requests.**
- **Deal with customer complaints and delivery issues**
- **Contact existing customers (using call list) to take orders**
- **Identify change in behaviour of customers (drop in orders, stopped ordering ) and communicate with the Management team to action**
- **Answer customers' questions on the products, service and Company.**
- **Keep up to date on all products and informing customers of new products, offers and service in order to communicate efficiently with customers.**
- **Initiate sales with existing and potential customers over the phone, upsell and cross sell when possible.**
- **Ask questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.**
- **Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.**
- **Contact potential new customers to promote our Company, products and service**
- **Gather potential new customers information on the database**
- **Keep up to date “Orderwise business management Software” and “CWS software” (Scales database programme) in coordination with the Management Team**
- **Answer to “Live Chat” request**
- **Enter and update customer information in the database**
- **Direct prospects to the Management team when needed**
- **Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.**

**MARKETING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Regularly update our website**
- **Update and maintain good communication via our social media platforms**
- **Pro-actively plan ahead posts**
- **Create posts**
- **Create advertising material (flyers )**
- **Update answer phone messaging offers**

**BUSINESS ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Occasionally during busy period, support our cheese packing production team, Order picking team and despatch team**
- **Participate with monthly stocktake**

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- **Must be an excellent communicator and possess excellent knowledge of English**
- **Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role**
- **Good knowledge of Microsoft software (word, excel)**
- **Good knowledge of Adobe software (Indesign, Photoshop) will be an advantage but not crucial**
- **Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects**
- **Ability to learn new skill and adapt**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
