We are seeking highly motivated, confident, dynamic and motivated people to join our wider sales and marketing team in this role, so even if you don't have vast amounts of experience, but you believe you could be successful in the role, then we want to hear from you

All equipment, sales material, uniforms etc are provided as well as travel to and from work.

Your day-to-day work would involve generating leads for perspective clients to get a FREE estimate on a fully fitted solar system and battery installation. You would typically approach potential customers and build up a rapport with them, gain their trust and inform them the HUGE benefits of having Solar fitted.

Working hours are usually from 10am, Monday through to Friday on a full time basis.

**Very Competitive Commission based pay structure**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage your time efficiently to maximise productivity while on the field.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in IT tools for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Strong time management skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Pay: From £36,000.00 per year
