Our client is a leading creative London based brand, who supplies its trend-led ranges to leading retailers globally.?They have an exciting opportunity for a new E-Commerce Manager to join their expanding team

Working alongside the Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and driving sales to their Amazon, eBay, and other online platforms, as well as overseeing content and marketing for the brand’s own website. You will also keepup to date with process changes to ensure maximum product and brand presence to achieve sales targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working in a similar role, some management experience within online ecommerce platforms looking for the next step in their career. There is huge potential to progress, manage a team and stepinto a more senior role.

**Duties and responsibilities as E-Commerce Manager will include**:

- Ownership and management of online platforms such as Amazon, eBay etc.
- Working alongside the Head of E-Commerce, to manage the brand’s ecommerce platforms to ensure maximum sales and brand presence.
- Overseeing the content, marketing, and product information to ensure accuracy and impact
- Supporting in identifying and managing all necessary activities and tasks to optimise traffic, conversion, ROI and return rate on external online platforms
- Running of data, reviewing, and reporting on profitability, advertising spend, returns and traffic
- Supporting and activating digital marketing strategy suitable for online platforms
- Keeping up with technology, emerging trends within ecommerce
- Amending home page and key landing pages during key trading periods for all managed online platforms
- Working with existing Sales and Product teams to optimise new product launches.
- Managing and supporting Ecommerce Executive to ensure copy & product accuracy
- Supporting the team with all ad-hoc required duties

**Experience and requirements for this E-Commerce Manager role**:

- Minimum of 1 year’ Ecommerce experience working in a similar role ready for a step up in your career
- Experience working with Amazon & eBay including content writing
- Experience managing or training junior colleagues
- Amazon advertising experience would be ideal
- A good understanding of order management / customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
- Strong Excel skills, highly numeric with an analytical nature
- A flexible, positive, and confident approach with a can-do attitude
- Sociable with a good sense of humour and will have examples of where you have gone the extra mile for the greater good of the company
