**Primary School Teaching Assistant - Radlett**

**Are you looking to start your career in education as a Primary School Teaching Assistant? Do you live in the Hertfordshire area?**

We are recruiting for an Primary School Teaching Assistant to work within a fantastic SEN School, local to Radlett. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position (09:00 - 16:00). No previous experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant is required,provided that you have a passion for working with children and are willing to train up.

**The Role**:

- As a Primary School Teaching Assistant you will need to support students with autism on a 1:1 basis
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
- Work across different classes and have a positive attitude towards supporting children with their needs
- Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class
- Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised

**Requirements**:

- Passion for working with children and/or young adults
- Have a positive attitude and be flexible towards working in different classes throughout the school day
- No previous experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant is required
- Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children
- Live local to Radlett or within a commutable distance
