**Classroom Assistant - Radlett**
**Are you looking to start your career in education as a Classroom Assistant? Love supporting children? Do you live in the Hertfordshire area?**
You do not need to have previous experience as a Classroom Assistant, provided that you have a passion for working with children and are willing to train and learn about working with SEN children in a school based environment.

**The Role**:
- As a Classroom Assistant you will need to support students with special needs on a 1:1 or in small group settings
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
- Work across different classes and have a positive attitude towards supporting children with their needs
- Ensure the safety of pupils in & out of class as a Classroom Assistant
- Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised
**Requirements**:
- Passion for working with children and/or young adults
- Have a positive attitude and be flexible towards working in different classes throughout the school day
- No previous experience as a Classroom Assistant required as long as you have some experience supporting children/vulnerable adults
- Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children
- Live local to Radlett or within a commutable distance
