Marketing Communications Executive

To support the Marketing Communications function and team by delivering high quality, timely and value for money content that meets the needs of the business.
- Manage work to update and deliver content in all formats and across all channels, to ensure it's accurate and compliant and meets the needs of CHP and its audiences.
- Ensure all work you produce, commission, manage or review is brand compliant, so that audiences have a consistent and compelling experience across all channels, products and services.
- Co-ordinating the process for receiving and responding to requests for work making sure that needs are identified, assessed and actioned within agreed timescales.
- Work with the Policy and Research manager to set up and distribute surveys on behalf of CHP including providing reports so that we can capture and respond to feedback.
- Maintaining and managing the team's Digital Asset Management tool to make sure all images, brand assets, templates and guidelines are current, GDPR compliant, reviewed to agreed timelines and can be accessed easily by those who need it.
- Manage the team's supplier framework, to ensure it's kept up to date and delivers value for money.
- Collect, store, analyse and share data on CHP's marketing communications, to support reporting on performance and outcomes.
- Create, proof, edit, and produce accessible videos for use on internal and external communications channels.
- Help to develop and implement the Marketing Communications plan.
- Suggest and implement effective and efficient systems, standards, processes and practices, to ensure all marketing communications are high quality, meet agreed timelines and are within budget.
- Contribute to the success of the team and department by embodying a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Undertake any other responsibilities relevant to this post, as directed by your line manager.

**Qualifications**
- Educated to A level or equivalent.
**Experience, knowledge and skills**
- Experience of delivering brand compliant content across offline and digital channels.
- Experience of commissioning content design and production from external suppliers and managing relationships with them.
- Experience of working within a budget.
- Knowledge of what constitutes good content - writen and designed.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues from across the organisation at all levels.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of our customers, products, and services.
- Ability to interpret briefs and understand requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work at one time.
- Understanding of research, evaluation methodology and data analytics for marketing and/or communications.
- IT skills and ability to use systems appropriate to the role e.g.Microsoft Office, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey.

**Benefits**
- The salary for this post will be**£30,000** Per Annum
- 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year.
- 37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
