As the Optical and Pharmacy Data Analytics Co Ordinator you will provide crucial support to our 157 Opticians and 247 Pharmacies by providing the Field Team with reporting and analysis. This role is admin based and sits within the central Healthcare team as part of the wider Optical and Pharmacy Asda business.

**Your Role**

Day to day you will be accountable for creating data to meet the needs of Asda's Optical and Pharmacy Area Managers. You will spend a large part of your day communicating with the Field Area Manager Team to support them drive metrics in our stores.

You'll join the Healthcare Field team focusing on providing healthcare reporting to facilitate improved performance, giving the area managers the tools to do their job. You will report to the Senior Manager for Field Operations

Timely and accurate reporting assists in recognising efficiencies delivered from our instore healthcare professionals

**About You**

Experience in working with Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Relevant experience and a passion for customer service
- Great communication skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- The ability to interpret and create data in multiple formats
- An appetite to work in a fast-paced team where priorities are always moving
