Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading consumer goods business to recruit an experienced Data Analytics Manager.

The business has enjoyed significant growth since their launch 5 years ago and have now established themselves as one of the leading companies in their sector. They operate mainly in the UK but are looking to expanding internationally. It's an omni channelcompany with both online retail and subscription offerings.

The successful Data Analytics Manager will be based in their Leeds office with the opportunity to regularly WFH. A salary between £40,000 and £60,000 is offered depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintain and build upon the suite of dashboards and reports used by the business to monitor performance, ensuring data quality.
- Regularly present data and insights to senior stakeholders and interpret findings, with a focus on uncovering the 'why’ through reviewing past performance and market trends.
- Combine and analyse multiple data sources such as website analytics, finance data, and customer interactions to better understand the customer journey and potential opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborate with the Tech team to optimise data ingestion and processing and integrate new data sources when necessary.
- Work alongside the Acquisition team to analyse marketing campaign effectiveness and website conversion.

Experience Required:

- 3+ years experience in a similar performance analysis and insight role.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools (preferably PowerBI).
- Experience with GoogleAnalytics, including GA4, covering implementation, best practice set-up and reporting.
- Highly numerate, familiar with statistical analysis, and comfortable handling large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills and able to present complex analysis as clear insights to drive cross-function decision making - a real storyteller with data.
- Comfortable working with external suppliers and reviewing technical documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python a plus.
