**DATA ANALYTICS MANAGER
LEEDS (hybrid)
UP TO £55,000**

**THE COMPANY**

This company is a large retailer that is undergoing a significant transition period. The business intelligence unit is innovating and growing and needs a natural leader to deliver analytical and reporting solutions to ensure a data-driven environment. Youwill work closely with retail and finance teams to measure store performance and produce actionable insights for key stakeholders whilst remaining technically hands-on.

**THE ROLE**

You will be responsible for:

- Managing a small team of junior BI analysts
- Delivering insights whilst communicating these with stakeholders to optimise business performance
- Demonstrating hands-on capabilities in Power BI, SQL and data warehousing
- Directing the team's transformation period in the migration to a modernised new platform and reporting suite
- Driving a data-driven culture
- Maintaining data quality and best practice

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Expertise in Power BI as a reporting tool
- Excellent communication skills to work with and influence stakeholders
- SQL coding and a sound understanding of modern data technology
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience in leadership/coaching within a BI environment
