**About the role**:
As part of our executive support team, you'll be involved in all areas of the business and will be one of the first points of contact for our colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

From greeting our visitors, diary management, booking hotels & travel to assisting with stock management, you can expect to enjoy a varied day.

**Working within our brand-new Gastro Hub, on a day-to-day basis you will**:

- Act as a first point of contact: greeting and escorting visitors.
- Be responsible for organising executive travel arrangements, including hotels and transport links.
- Build good relationships with external suppliers.
- Be responsible for organising meetings, event days both internal and external, and ensuring all diaries are kept up to date.
- Be responsible for the organisation of drivers for Executive purposes.
- Full responsibility of toll accounts.
- Full control of the office fob management, ensuring all employees have signed for and returned their fob when starting/leaving the business.
- Communication with security team regarding visitors, parking requirements etc.
- Be responsible for office orders, including the staff kitchen consumables, stationery, and print.
- General Reception duties.

Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

**What you’ll bring;**
- Highly skilled multitasker; can prioritise own workload effectively and work within tight timeframes.
- Flexible and pro-active with ability to work using own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with directors, senior managers and other stakeholders from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds.
- Experience in using all Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality.
