Wild Garlic Event Catering is a rapidly expanding, quality-driven catering company based in Wales. We specialize in ultra-seasonal, top-quality cuisine, catering to a diverse range of events—from stunning weddings and intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
This part-time role (16 hours per week) requires travel across Wales, Cheshire, and the Northwest of England. Overtime opportunities are available during the busy season. Weekend work is essential, with weekday setup days.

**What You’ll Bring**:
2+ years’ experience in a high-quality hospitality setting (catering, venues, restaurants, or hotels)
A professional, energetic, and positive attitude
A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team
Strong organisation & time management skills to keep events running smoothly
Excellent communication & customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure
**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations
Oversee event logistics, including setup, catering, and service delivery
Lead your team with confidence and efficiency on event days
Ensure strict health & safety compliance during all events
Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their vision comes to life
Delegate effectively, ensuring every team member performs at their best
**Day-to-Day Duties**:
Be the face of Wild Garlic Event Catering, ensuring top-tier service at all events
Oversee event planning, administration, and on-the-day coordination
Report to Front of House Manager
Lead and manage your team, setting clear goals and expectations
**Additional Info**:
A full, clean driving license and own transport are essential
Hours are varied and seasonal, requiring flexibility
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £13.61 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
