**Job Title: Front of House**

**Location**: Whitebirk Retail Estate, Blackburn

**Hourly rate**: Dependant on experience

**Hours**: Part-time or Full-time (including evenings/weekends as required)

**Reports to**: General Manager

**Job Summary**

**CLUBHOUSE**is a state-of-the-art padel court & fitness facility, incorporating a vibrant coffee and smoothie lounge and a functional HYROX-style training gym. We create an inclusive and exciting atmosphere for visitors of all ages and skill levels. Offering top-notch coaching, well-organized corporate & customer events, high-performance fitness classes, equipment rentals, refreshments & light bites.

Our vibrant smoothie and coffee lounge is at the heart of the facility—serving up fresh blends, energizing coffees, and wholesome light bites. It's the perfect spot to fuel up pre-workout, recharge post-session, or simply unwind in a welcoming, community-driven space. With a focus on quality ingredients and feel-good nutrition, every sip and bite supports your active lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Experience**
- Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and energy.
- Answer queries in person, online, and over the phone.
- Manage bookings, memberships, and payments via our system.
- Provide information about padel, fitness classes, café services, and events.

**2. Events & Community**
- Support tournaments, coaching sessions, socials, and corporate events.
- Promote club initiatives and upsell memberships, classes, food, drinks, and retail.
- Help create a welcoming environment that builds community and loyalty.

**3. Café & Retail**
- Prepare and serve hot drinks and light snacks to barista standards.
- Maintain stock levels across café and retail.
- Assist members with product enquiries and sales.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

**4. Operations & Standards**
- Keep the front desk, café, gym, and courts clean and well-presented.
- Support basic facility maintenance and flag issues to management.
- Assist with scheduling, rota support, and day-to-day club operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in **customer service, hospitality, gym, or sports venues**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organised, and confident with basic admin/booking systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible with evening and weekend availability.
- Bonus**:Barista skills, gyM/Fitness background, or retail experience**.
