- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- This role is very much a multi-tasking role, dealing with customers within the eatery, over the phone ordering, making drinks, dealing with delivery drivers, operating food platform terminals.
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations, ensuring that the customer get their food on time and efficiently.
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Assisting in kitchen duties, such as making waffles.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is preferred, with a passion for presentation, making food and beverages to look visually pleasing too
