As a Data Executive, you will support the Salesforce Data Manager and sit within the Marketing department but work across the events teams liaising with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams on a regular basis. You will work within a collaborative team to support the company within the Salesforce CRM. You will be part of a busy, dynamic, hard-working but fun department.

**The Role**

Keeping abreast of news, researching, and getting under the skin of different industries, knowledge of trade shows is a bonus
- Assist with the transition of Salesforce Lightning
- Monitor the database and undertake or initiate regular data cleansing in accordance with Data Protection requirements
- Oversee database design and development in agreement with Salesforce and Data Manager
- Be a point of contact for database trouble shooting. Provide user training, support, and feedback as and when required
- Ensure integrity in the initial capture and storage of personal information
- Generate reports and extract data for a range of business and analytical purposes
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post such as mail returns
- Assist with all database documentation, including standards, procedures, and definitions for users

- Provide for data security and recovery

**Your Profile**
- Previous experience using a CRM system (particularly Salesforce) is a bonus but not essential
- Advance XL skills and working with data
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business IT systems
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Can work to deadlines
- Calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative
