About the roleThe GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey and were looking for a CRM Executive to be part of our vibrant founder-led company. If youre passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands this is your chance to make a significant impactIn this entry-level role youll be at the heart of our CRM operations building and sending emails analysing customer data and helping shape campaigns that drive real sales growth. Youll work closely with our marketing and commercial teams to plan smart targeted communications and keep our CRM humming.What youll be doing:Managing day-to-day CRM activity and keeping customer data clean and accurateBuilding BAU and trigger emails with marketing and keeping comms fresh and relevantDiving into data to spot trends run reports and share insights that guide decisionsSetting up campaigns segmenting audiences and running A/B testsSupporting commercial planning with data-driven strategies and campaign coordinationCollaborating across teams to boost customer engagement and retentionKeeping an eye on competitors comms design loyalty programmes and more This is a hybrid role 3 days a week on site at HQ. About you: Were looking for a CRM Executive whos got a sharp eye for detail a creative mindset and a knack for turning data into engaging email campaigns. If you love working fast thinking big and collaborating across teamsthis is for you.Youll need:Experience with ESPs like Bloomreach Klaviyo or MailChimpStrong writing and communication skillsA flair for creative thinking and campaign ideasConfidence working with data segmentation and A/B testingA collaborative adaptable approach in a fast-paced environmentBonus points for:A degree in Marketing Business or Data ScienceCRM and data tool experience (Excel SQL Salesforce HubSpot)Previous marketing or sales experience (not essential) Why TGBAt TGB were driven by passion and dedication to become a leader in our industry.
