**Assistant Centre Manager (Modern Office Spaces)****:

- BD10** (£24,000 + Quarterly Bonus)

**Location**: BD10 - Bradford

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum

**Hours**: Monday to Friday (8:30-5:30pm or 9:00-6:00pm) with 1 hour lunch

As Assistant Business Centre Manager, customer care is paramount therefore you will at the forefront of the business, enhancing customer experience, and creating positive relationships within the Bradford based Business Centre. You will focus on 5 key areas:Front of House, Customer Management, Operations, Business Centre Manager Support and Sales.

**A typical day for you may be**:
**Front of House**
- Managing all guests from greeting and offering refreshments to booking meetings and tours.
- Resolving any concerns or problems regarding Business Centre experience

**Customer Management**
- Coordinating and organising customer engagement activities
- Maintaining stock levels for refreshments, and replenishing meeting rooms etc

**Operations**
- Reviewing of cleaning and maintenance levels on a daily basis
- Maintaining standard and oversee management of meeting room bookings

**Business Centre Manager Support**
- Deputising BCM role with all aspects of Business Centre management
- Supporting social media activity - content, pictures & videos
- Supporting regionally when required within the wider team
- Managing all guests from greeting and offering refreshments to booking meetings and tours.
- Resolving any concerns or problems regarding Business Centre experience

**Sales**
- Promoting and identifying uplift opportunities with customers to increase income and services
- Carrying out viewings and tours where necessary
- Identifying opportunities to connect and enhance relationships with the local community
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Natural problem-solving abilities
- Good IT knowledge including experience using Microsoft 365
